Familiar with CrossFit, but looking for a new home? When you sign up for your free trial, you will be able to come to an unlimited number of either beginner or group classes for 7 days. Choose any class that fits within your schedule.
The On-Ramp course is designed to get newbies familiar with our coaches and teach fundamentals, technique and proper form. Our goal is to prepare you for our regular, full-fledged CrossFit classes. Classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
