5/11/13 WOD

Today’s WOD is a burner! I’m bringing back the walking lunges, so hopefully it will give the legs a nice burn! We should be pretty tight from yesterday’s workout, so we will spend a good amount of time stretching, rolling, and working on mobility. Happy WODing

DAILY WOD
